What we cannot help with
Casinos, bookmakers and sweepstakes platforms keep their own records, so we cannot look into accounts, deposits, withdrawals or disputes. For those, contact the operator directly and, if it is licensed, the regulator or dispute service it names in its terms.
We also cannot give personal financial or legal advice, or recommend where to play.

Can you check whether an operator is licensed?
We cannot verify licences for you. Most regulators publish a public register, and the operator should name its licence in its terms.
Can I suggest a trend for you to cover?
Please do. Tell us where you noticed it and roughly when, and we will take a look.

No. We use it only to reply to you, as described in our privacy policy.
